Authentic Religion - Holy Presence

We often think that big things are going to change the world, reconcile others to God, preach love, or live justice. Our minds think that it has to be massive legislation or people of power advocating for change. But God has seemed to always work differently than the world. What if our minds started thinking differently and instead of fixating on big things of the past or future, we instead focused on the present? What if we paid daily attention to the people and situations we find ourselves in and learned to be content serving God and proclaiming Jesus in those moments?
