Come Pray: Kingdom

In Act 2 Peter gives his first sermon where he shows from the scriptures that not only was Christ the promised Messiah, but his listeners where those who killed him. He gives a call to repentance and unpacks what life in the Kingdom of God looks like. Peter is speaking some difficult truths and is calling his listeners to reform. This is a life that is full of sacrifice, vulnerability, and being on mission. Yet we can only live in this place by the power of the Holy Spirit. In this Kingdom we see a Christ centered appetite, we see new community, we see needs met, and we see lives changed.
