Leave - Status

Kyle continues in our series entitled “Leave” with a conversation about status. Status is something that our culture, that we, strive for. We love independence, and doing things that create independence. We find ourselves, maybe subconsciously, asking, “What’s in this for me?” When we look at Jesus we get a different story. He viewed his God-attributes as something that he could let go of because of his deep love for humanity. He sought us, not his own ambition.
