Love God/Love Neighbor - Self

In this passage, Peter speaks to what holiness looks like for the follower of Christ. Our culture has a view of self that pushes self-actualization and self-worship. This passage unpacks the importance of an understanding that is God who changes us. We are called to be perfect as Christ is perfect, yet it is he who brings this radical transformation about within us. We are called to be obedient children of God who have been ransomed with a price and are now to live in holiness.
