If God is a desiring host, then who brings him his guests? The simple and profound answer is first Jesus, then His Church. The whole mission and purpose of Jesus is to bring men and women to the father. The whole mission and purpose of the church is to bring men and women to The Father. God is the host and we are his gathering servants.
